Flynco served as the Construction Manager at Risk for Little Rock’s newest community center, overseeing all phases of the project from initial planning to final completion. This state-of-the-art facility boasts a basketball gym with six goals, bleachers for spectators, a fully equipped workout area, cardio room, and multiple classrooms with retractable walls. Amenities like locker rooms with showers, office spaces, a concession stand, a commercial kitchen, and meeting rooms further enhance the center’s versatility.

Throughout the construction process, Flynco employed value engineering and constructability reviews to maintain strict adherence to schedules and budgets, without compromising on quality. By coordinating each aspect of the build—quality control, scheduling, and collaboration with city stakeholders, the West Central Community Center was delivered on time and within budget.
