Flynco successfully completed the 140,000-square-foot Maumelle Middle School designed to accommodate up to 1,000 students. The school is divided into academic pods for each grade level, fostering smaller “learning communities” within the larger building. Positioned at the center of the facility, the media center and administrative offices provide a secure and convenient hub adjacent to the main entrance. Clerestory windows and skylights infuse classrooms and common areas with natural light, supporting a bright, welcoming environment. Additionally, each instructional space is fully wired for current and future technological needs, ensuring the school remains adaptable as educational methods evolve.

The campus features a wide range of modern amenities and specialized areas, including advanced heating and air systems, digital/video security systems, a commercial kitchen and cafeteria, multiple music and choir rooms, computer labs, and dedicated chemistry and biology labs. A large gymnasium, media center, and administrative offices round out the main building, while the surrounding 18-acre site is equipped with ball fields, ample parking, and thoughtfully planned utilities and landscaping.
