Flynco constructed the two-story Lonoke Community Center, transforming a city vision into a modern, multi-purpose recreational hub. Designed by AMR Architects, the building incorporates innovative elements such as pre-engineered specialized insulation panels, glue-laminated wood ceiling joists, and steel. Expansive windows invite abundant natural light into common areas, while colored concrete floors expertly mimic ceramic tile and natural stone for a polished and contemporary finish.

On the lower level, two full-size basketball courts, administrative offices, a concession area, and a 112,000-gallon swimming pool make for a vibrant, activity-rich environment. Upstairs, a 4-lane jogging track overlooks the courts below, complemented by an aerobics studio, a well-equipped workout area, and a flexible multi-purpose room for up to 120 people.
