Flynco contracted with First Community Bank in Conway to construct a two-story, 17,000-square-foot facility that combines modern functionality with an appreciation for the city’s historic downtown character. This brick structure features large windows, offering staff and visitors an inviting view of Conway’s bustling streets. Inside, 23 enclosed offices and four conference rooms provide ample working and collaborative spaces, while the building’s design strikes a thoughtful balance between contemporary comfort and timeless architectural style.

A notable highlight of this project is the 60-person community room on the second floor, complete with accessible balconies for a bird’s-eye view of downtown. Equipped with full audio-visual capabilities and a catering kitchen, the space is provided at no cost to nonprofits, civic clubs, and other community groups.
