Flynco constructed a four-story, 62,000-square-foot Comfort Suites hotel on a three-acre site. Featuring 90 spacious guest rooms, the facility includes generous meeting spaces, a fitness center, a library, and a welcoming living room with a coffee shop. Visitors can also enjoy a large breakfast area with a fireplace and an indoor pool complete with playful water features. The exterior of the structure is accented by an EFIS and cultured stone veneer, with stamped and stained concrete at the patio and porte cochere, all illuminated by strategic site lighting.

Inside, creative design elements are showcased through a bold palette of colors and materials, highlighted by a mineral composite fireplace surround, granite countertops, and richly stained millwork. Completed in just 11 months, the hotel earned Choice Hotels’ prestigious Apex Award—distinguishing it among 6,000 properties worldwide for its exceptional quality.
