Flynco led a comprehensive renovation of the Clinton National Airport concourse—its first major update since the early 1990s. Designed to elevate the passenger experience, the project included a full interior overhaul with new flooring, updated ceilings, powered seating, refreshed signage, and modernized desks and millwork. Upgraded fire protection, new lighting, and refurbished column covers further revitalized the concourse environment. Exterior improvements ranged from re-roofing the building and installing new jet bridges for passenger boarding to adding new cooling towers for improved climate control.

Given that these extensive renovations were carried out in an active terminal, Flynco implemented a phased construction schedule, limiting work so that only two gates were affected at any given time. This approach ensured continuous airport operations with no flight delays, requiring close coordination with Airport security, personnel, the FAA, TSA, Homeland Security, airline partners, and various tenants. Upon completion, the Little Rock Airport concourse renovation was delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, transforming the facility into a modern, passenger-friendly space.
