Flynco constructed a new Outreach Center for Balboa Baptist Church in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, featuring a multipurpose gymnasium complete with a basketball court and stage. Beyond the gym, the addition includes a commercial kitchen, serving kitchen, locker rooms, and a spacious foyer, as well as eight separate classrooms. Part of the scope also involved expanding the church’s choir room, further enhancing the worship and community experiences for congregants.

Built as a slab-on-grade, pre-fabricated metal structure with a brick veneer exterior, the new facility required considerable site work and the addition of a new parking lot. Despite being an extensive addition to the existing church campus, Flynco managed the project so that regular church activities could continue safely and without interruption. The result is a seamless expansion that meets the growing needs of Balboa Baptist Church’s community outreach and fellowship programs.
