Public Buildings

The Justice Center is an 82,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art court and police facility located in the heart of North Little Rock. The facility allows all of the existing police buildings to be housed under one roof. The facility will also be home to the North Little Rock District Courts, the North Little Rock Information Technology Department and a 5,000 sq. ft. public meeting room. The public meeting room is designed to allow up to 100 members of the public reserve the room for community meetings, fostering a community policing environment.

The project has a sleek brick and glass exterior. LED lights will surround the roof of the two-story building, which will allow the facility to be lit up at night. Also, the colors of the light can be changed. Areas of convenience will be scattered around the buildings, which will allow law enforcement officials to work out, sleep, cook and go through digital training without leaving the center.
