Winner of a Design Honor Award from the Arkansas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the Dee Brown Library provides important educational programs and opportunities for the community of Little Rock. The Library includes a large main reading room, a children’s area, teen area, computer stations, private reading carrels, community reading rooms, circulation desk with administrative offices, and a meeting space with commercial kitchen and catering facilities.

Flynco was asked to return as construction manager to perform an addition and complete renovation of the existing facility. Flynco constructed the addition in a way that allowed the existing library to remain open to the public for the majority of the project.
