This outstanding project for the Little Rock Airport included the construction of a 36,167 square foot maintenance facility. The maintenance facility services all equipment necessary for the smooth operation of the Airport. Included in the facility are large maintenance bays, office space, conference room with teleconference equipment, kitchen, and break room.

This facility was constructed inside the Little Rock Airport’s perimeter security fencing and Aircraft Operations Area. The facility was completed on-time and within budget, while maintaining strict adherence to Airport security requirements.
