The United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) are national authorities in the drive to build sustainable structures that are as environmentally friendly and energy efficient as possible.
Flynco has been at the forefront in this effort. We became a charter member of the Arkansas Chapter of USGBC in January 2005. Since then, Flynco personnel have attended training at the national level for LEED construction of both new-construction as well as major renovation projects.
Our LEED experience ensures that our customers always receive the three things they are looking for in a successful project: COST - QUALITY - SCHEDULE.

| Pictured above is the Bethel Middle School located in Bryant AR. This 121,000 sq. ft. facility is the first public school in the state of Arkansas to be designed to LEED Standards. Using our experience and efforts, we were able to move this facility from a simple "Standard" Certification to a possible "Gold" Certification". |
