The United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) are national authorities in the drive to build sustainable structures that are as environmentally friendly and energy efficient as possible.
Flynco has been at the forefront in this effort. We became a charter member of the Arkansas Chapter of USGBC in January 2005. Since then, Flynco personnel have attended training at the national level for LEED construction of both new-construction as well as major renovation projects. In addition, our staff now includes LEED Accredited Professionals which represent a thorough understanding of green building practices and the LEED Rating System.
Our LEED experience ensures that our customers always receive the three things they are looking for in a successful project: COST - QUALITY - SCHEDULE.

Completed in October 2006, this 121,000 sq ft facility was the first public school is the State of Arkansas designed to LEED Standards. Through our experience and efforts, we were successful in moving this project from a simple LEED "Standard" Certification to a LEED "Silver" Certification" |
