Location: Maumelle, AR

The new Maumelle Middle School for the Pulaski County Special School District is designed to serve over 800 students. The 140,000 sq.ft. facility includes over 30 classrooms, music rooms, choir rooms, computer labs, chemistry and biology labs, a gymnasium, a media center and office space. The facility is situated on 18 acres that include ball fields, parking, site utilities, and landscaping.

The education facility originally came in above budget, but Flynco worked closely with the School District and Architect to identify cost savings and bring the project back into budget.
