The Little Rock Job Corps Center is dedicated to providing underprivileged and low income youth with education and training to succeed in their careers and life. The facility is capable of housing approximately 275 students full-time. It provides the students with training in vocations such as welding, carpentry and vehicle maintenance.

The facility is situated on 30 acres and consists of 8 separate buildings. A hard vocation facility, soft vocation facility, administration building, recreation center, cafeteria and culinary arts center, two dormitories, and a maintenance facility.

Winner of an Excellence in Construction Award by the Associated Builders and Contractors, this construction project was to be delivered in 480 days. Through Flynco’s planning and expertise, the fast-tracked project was delivered to the United States Department of Labor early and under budget.
