Flynco was selected to construct this three-story addition to First Community Bank’s headquarters in Batesville, AR. First Community Bank needed this modern, state-of-the-art space to house their growing workforce. The building contains office space for over 125 employees. The Operations Center includes numerous training rooms, conference rooms, open office areas, and employee child care facilities.

The exterior of the Operations Center includes a sky bridge over 14th Street to connect the new Center with the existing headquarters facility.  The site includes a natural stone retaining wall, playground, and significant parking.
