Location: Little Rock, AR

Named after former Arkansas Governor Sidney S. McMath, this 17,000 sq.ft. library is situated on a large plot of land featuring a pond and nature trails. The library includes a large main reading room, a children’s area, teen area, computer stations, private reading carrels, community meeting rooms, circulation desks with administrative offices, a pond with a boardwalk, nature trails and an outdoor amphitheater.

Flynco has been asked to return as construction manager at risk to perform additions and renovations to the facility on two separate occasions. Flynco constructed the addition in a way that allowed the existing library to remain open and safe to the public during construction.
