Winner on an Excellence in Construction Award from the Arkansas Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, the renovation of the 70-year-old Fones Brothers warehouse into the CALS Main Library was the first major development in the Downtown River Market District. The 150,000 sq.ft. project required gutting the entire structure, leveling the floors, adding steel support, adding elevators, stairs, and all new electrical and HVAC equipment.

Flynco has been asked to return as construction manager in 2007, 2010, and 2016 to perform major renovations to the facility. The renovation projects have included complete remodels of the basement and all five floors.
