The new Bethel Middle School for the Bryant School District is designed to serve 750 students. The 121,000 sq. ft. facility includes 42 classrooms, a media center, Library, full commercial kitchen with cafeteria, a gymnasium, and administrative offices.

This facility was the first school in the State of Arkansas to be designed to LEED standards. Through Flynco’s hard work and expertise in LEED construction, we were able to elevate the facility from simple LEED Certified USGBC accreditation to a LEED Silver USGBC accreditation.

Flynco also delivered a new athletic field house to the Bethel Middle School under a separate contract.
